DAS is recognised as a major provider of 24 hour helpline services and insured assistance services, some of which are Europe wide. Supporting many of our commercial and personal products, our range of advice and assistance helplines is second to none.

DAS offers key telephone advice, information and assistance services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Every year, our trained advisors offer assistance to over 150,000 people.

First Line

First Line is our Accident & Claims First Response Helpline. This is a service which is offered to the Broker Market where your clients will receive attention 24/7.
Other assistance such as Legal Advice, Car Hire, Uninsured Loss Recovery, Drivers Assistance and Breakdown Assistance are also available. Features include:
